As all retailers know, consumers of small goods, or as we prefer to call
them 'International Delicacies', are becoming more interested in the convenience
of pre-sliced and pre packed products. Simply, as lifestyles change they
often just don't have the time to seek the personalised service a delicatessen
offers. At Tibaldi, we have recognised this. However, our concern was
how to provide our range in a format which would be attractive to consumers
and most importantly, would provide consumers with our products in premium
condition.
Now
we are pleased to be able to offer retailers and their customers an extensive
range of 100g slice pack small goods which we believe is unequalled in
the marketplace.
Range
16 varieties - Tibaldi's range includes the popular Hungarian and Peperoni
salamis and also offers fine traditional Italian salamis such as Milano,
Felino and Sopressa. For consumers who like a bit of spice, there's Calabrese,
Pepper and Herb and the very hot Chilli salami. For that quick snack we
offer our uniquely flavoured Salami SnaxSticks. An attractive cross section
of all our popular products, this range is conveniently packaged to appeal
to quick snack buyers. Ideal for the dairy case. For consumers who prefer
delicacies we offer Hot Hungarian, Smoked Beef, Mortadella and Capocollo
(Coppa), Beef and X Extremely Hot.

Packaging
Tibaldi's range is packed in the latest state-of-the-art vacuum skin packaging
which offers superior visual presentation and unequalled shelf life. Our
labelling is very distinctive complimenting the natural freshly sliced
appearance of the meats in this new packaging format.
Display
Our pre packs can be displayed in the hang sell format in the dairycase
or on the shelf in our specially designed display trays. Please note that
our pre packs must be kept refrigerated. Tibaldi's extended product range

American Style Leg Ham
American style ham is a full-muscle traditional pressed leg ham, not a
manufactured ham. It contains no protein fillers and virtually no fat,
this premium product has a delicate pink colour.
Cotechini
From Northern Italy, this sausage is made from pork, moistened with wine
and seasoned with spices. It is meant to be cooked at home by simmering
for 3 hours in stews or soups. The New Years Eve in Rome would be incomplete
without boiled Cotechini and lentils which dates back to ancient Rome.
Pizza Salami
Only pure Australian beef and pork are used to make this manufactured
meat, with added spices for flavour. Pizza Salami is the highest quality
product available for food service providers. Catering, restaurants, take
away, are assured of a quality result.
Salami Cotto
This is a coarsely minced cooked salami sausage with just a subtle hint
of spice, to give it a mild but mouth-watering flavour.
Salami Snax Sticks
Mini salami sticks made in traditional style. Ideally suited to bulk food
service and catering needs, for entertaining or for that quick snack we
offer our uniquely flavoured snax sticks.
Salsiccia
These traditional fresh continental sausages are made only from pure Australian
Beef and pork, with natural herbs and spices, a little wine and added
soy makes for a real taste treat.
Mettwurst
The German Medieval name for lean pounded pork sausage. Today's Tibaldi
product is made only from pure Australian beef and pork, lightly
smoked flavour, a time honoured tradition.
