Bacon BLAM

Serves 1

What You Will Need

  • 3 rashers of Tibaldi Short Cut Bacon
  • Butter Lettuce washed and spun
  • ¼ Avocado smashed
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of bread

Directions

  1. Fry up the bacon and set aside to drain on some paper towel.
  2. To assemble your BLAM, pile the bacon up on one slice of bread, top with avocado and lettuce.
  3. Spread the remaining slice of bread with mayonnaise and pop the slice on top.
  4. Season to taste and enjoy.
